May 24, 2010 I have a kenmore 200 series dryer model number 110.62332511 and the dryer keeps running and timer doesnt move. We replaced the timer and it still does the same thing. We also changed the heating element and it not the problem. When running the dryer isnt heating up also.

If the breakers are okay, I recommend that you check the voltage at the dryer outlet using a voltohm meter. The first image below shows a diagram for a 240 volt outlet.
